    Well then you could say that AIG was investing in their employees couldn't you?:)

    You could also change Obama's plan from stimulus to bonus or pork, maybe even a stupid plan.
    It's funny that you can use different language to change the outcome.

    Because it is consumer spending that drives the economy and not government spending, cutting taxes is more assured way to stimulate economic growth than government spending. The solution is to cut taxes, and to cut spending.

    Yet neither party does this and no balance is sought. Democrats seek to pay for a budget by raising taxes to cover expenses. Republicans cut taxes to "starve" government but it never works and they just borrow money to pay for a budget.
