he has long been regarded as one of the best assistants out there. use these last 7-8 games as a trial and see what happens.
they need to keep Chad Dollar. This is his 1st year and he responded by pulling in 2 ATL guys (where he is from). He doesn't deserve to take the fall for doing a great job.
I disagree. I am sure we can find great things that everyone on the current staff has done. Brady included. I want the new coach to pick his staff. If he keeps someone however, then that is fine. However, I hope we don't get into the same sort of situations as the past where it is "suggested" that previous assistants be retained.
well I've been told it will be butch for these last games. If the team makes marked improvement, Butch keeps the job. If they don't, he is gone. Once he is gone, they want Grant from VCU 1st and foremost. Then from there, they move around the country and try to find the right fit. They'd like a younger guy, but they want a proven winner, too, because they feel (like I do), that the team will be really, really good next year.
