really?? WH on health care, illegal immigrants - First Read - msnbc.com it says change, ie currently exists. But this is still paying for illegal immigrant care. Go to an emergency room, 3/4 of the people are there for common care, not emergency. You can draw the line that access to ERs for simple medical needs = treatment. If that person is an illegal, then it is paying for medical care for illegals.
