i love that he yelled at the president. good for him.

ever seen the brits? they tear the PM a new ******* when he tries to speak.

the president is just a dude, usually a jerkass. he should be yelled at as much as possible. in fact i think he should have shoes thrown at him. honestly. i loved when that guy threw shoes at bush, and i think his sentence was way too harsh.

it was a political speech, not a state of the union or a funeral. yell at that negro, he deserves it.

I didn't have a problem with it. All the guy said is "You lie!", right (I didn't see it)? How is such a broad and true statement incorrect? I could stand up and say that about anyone in the entire world and pretty much be guaranteed to be right.

The media bias angle is a lie cooked up by conservatives, to try and pressure better coverage. And it worked pretty well.

You have one network totally devoted to slamming liberals (Fox) and one devoted to slamming conservatives (MSNBC) The three others (CBS, NBC, ABC) do try and deliver straight news without slant, although both sides think that the news reports are slanted against them.

According to the non-partisan web site fact check.org Wilson was the one who was lying.

    Obama’s Health Care Speech | FactCheck.org

Obama was correct when he said his plan wouldn’t insure illegal immigrants; the House bill expressly forbids giving subsidies to those who are in the country illegally. Conservative critics complain that the bill lacks an enforcement mechanism, but that hardly makes the president a liar.

He said it when Obama stated that illegal aliens would not be covered by the health plan, which happens to be TRUE. It was Wilson who is a liar. And not a particularly bright one. He'll be censured by the House next week if he doesn't publicly apologize. And over a million dollars of campaign contributions have flowed to the democrat that will contest him in the next election.

Speaking of shoe's, I didn't hear any Dem outrage when Bush had a pair hurled at him. Isn't that a b reach of decorum?

Get ready Red. That's the most stupid post I've ever read on TF.

The proposed bill does not say that illegals will be covered. Now, here's the rest of the story. There are no provisions for citizenship verification.

The House bill contains a section (Sec. 246) titled "NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS," which states: "Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States."

I don't see how it could be plainer. If republicans want to tighten up how citizenship is verified, I see no problem with that. Its the kind of compromise that both side should seek.

But The President did not lie.

This is the stupidest post I've ever seen on TF.

He had a shoe hurled at him in another country, by an Iraq citizen. Last time I checked, Wilson is an American. Of course, you know it's not the same, because as you like to repeatedly point out, your so smart. Is this the best you can come up with?

But of course, you never let facts get in your way.

Still, where was the Dem's outrage? It was a big joke to them. They'd want to declare war if a foreigner did that to The Chosen One.

And you clearly don't read your own posts.

As a pretty staunch Conservative I do also disagree Wilson's outburst, but the face that Pelosi made was so priceless. There is a time and a place to make your opinions known and that was not it.
