https://www.tigerdroppings.com/lsu-...bs-during-the-national-championship/88065553/ Damn that was one tough Gridiron Warrior Hope it don’t hurt him at the combine ... All Clemson did was piss him off and light his fire ... Gonna watch the replay ... Lawrence got his ass kicked twice as hard and hurt him 10 times more with a fumble to Stingley ... Kudos to Delpit
Makes me double satisfied that Skalski ... whatever his name was got booted. He was purposely trying to hurt Joe with that hit. Ain’t no cause for such behavior ....
Come on dude that guy was a baller. His hit on joe was clean. His hit on Jefferson was targeting and called as such.
Trying to Google....is there any film/data on Skalski's tackles this year to shed light on his modus operandi? Until the crown of a helmet is fabricated from styrofoam (Hey! great idea, gyno!) leading with the crown should always be reviewed for targeting. "Alex," reacting to an article saying that Skalski should not have been ejected because it "could have changed the outcome of the game": "It wouldn't have mattered anyway Clemson fans. LSU had total control of the game"
Anyone recall the Pouncey brothers playing for Florida? Those two contract killers got away with some unreal shytt, playing before the 'targeting' rules were formulated. Nasty mofo's; (great NFL felon material though).
We have had our share or hard hitting lbs and safeties. That's all he is. He is old school and I will like watching him in the nfl.
Sometimes it's just aggressive football and that's the way the hits happen. Guys duck, turn, fall as or after your hit is being launched. Other times it is planned and part of strategy. Clemson has a reputation for aggressive football, they also have a reputation for taking guys out. Look at the OSU game and their running back. High low hit with a twist took him out.
