i feel like if you only crime is being an illegal immigrant and not paying proper taxes, then you are not really that much of a criminal. i think these folks need a simple and quick and easy path to citizenship.
How much of a criminal do you have to be to earn how much of a penalty for it? Such a path already exists. It's just easier, quicker, and simpler to break the law and swim the river.
i dunno. drug users are criminals too, but i have nothing against them either. i dont want to punish people who simply want to live in a free and prosperous country peacefully. i want that too. i think if i were mexican i would come here illegally if i had to. our policy should be such that the legal path is easier than the illegal one. of course red's big government policies, like carbon tax and health care make things so expensive that we cannot afford to bring in more immigrants.
I think if you were a Mexican you would have died as a child. Perhaps we should just send them all free plane tickets and give them rent-controlled apartments in New York right next to you. They can pick your lettuce. I can agree with that. We have no way to stop them from coming. We have no way to get rid of them once they are here. Why not get these dudes hooked up and paying taxes. Amnesty would also free up hundreds of millions of dollars that was collected on forged W-4s.
probably true. i had some close calls as a kid. thank god that i lived near lady of the lake, a part of the american health care system you and your lefty friends are trying to ruin. rent control is a horrible government program that creates housing shortages and ruins cities. i expect the immigrants to sell me churros and tortas and otherwise and earn their keep and enrich my life. i dont expect them to freeload with rent control and social services. i think it is tragic i dont have more beautiful mexican neighbors. i love the little bastards. nope. i think your political philosophy is tremendously damaging to world progress, which is fascinating. we are still amigos though.
