Shane he did us a favor letting us know immediately so we can make adjustments and hires and fix situations with recruits..

 

Could be part of it is the College grind versus the Pro grind. Maybe the idea that through growth, he would inevitably would have to recruit. Can be a deal breaker for a lot of coaches. Could be he prefers the maturity of pro players (lol). Just the same, he did us right, but will only date the same chick for so long.
