It is a legal term meant for the law and courts sport. This ain't the legal system it's a debating society. I don't have to presume innocence unless I sit on a jury. That's freedom of speech and protected by the first amendment. If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.

My comment was an observation based on past events compared to what is happening with this email investigation. Just like your proclamation that HRC is leading the race and therefore not at risk ignores the way her support has been dwindling away and a trend shows she's in trouble. In fact polls today show she is loosing to Bush, Trump and Biden in several key states. I understand how to take facts integrate them and make a prediction.
