Try to pay better attention, counselor. I haven't said she is innocent. I have said that she has not been charged with a crime. In this country, we are innocent until proven guilty. I didn't say it, it is in the friggin' Constitution.

The presumption of innocence is a basic principle of American law. Ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat.

Oh, I am dishonest because I expose the flaws in your arguments? Here you are arguing that Hillary is under investigation and trying to justify it by admitting that the FBI has not said she is being investigated. Circular logic.

You didn't cite a fact! You just made an observation based on pure speculation. You really should learn the difference between facts and opinions.

Well then let them and stop feigning outrage when other don't accept your wild ass guesses for facts.

You might not have said she is innocent, but you've defended her every chance you get. You've also made non stop excuses for everything that points to her guilt. Your honesty on this subject isn't in doubt, it's non existent!

It is a legal term meant for the law and courts sport. This ain't the legal system it's a debating society. I don't have to presume innocence unless I sit on a jury. That's freedom of speech and protected by the first amendment. If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.

Changing the subject again. The point was that you misquoted me and made grand assumptions based on imagination. You are free to do so and I am free to blow it all apart.

Ask John Gotti, and Edwin Edwards about that or so many of their others who were convicted after the FBI started investigations not "aimed"at them. My comment was an observation based on past events compared to what is happening with this email investigation.
Just like your proclamation that HRC is leading the race and therefore not at risk ignores the way her support has been dwindling away and a trend shows she's in trouble. In fact polls today show she is loosing to Bush, Trump and Biden in several key states.
I understand how to take facts integrate them and make a prediction. I'm sure you do as well but don't like what the tea leaves say.

Supposition is the first step of deductive reasoning.
