Once again, Jefferson is thought to be the best QB by the coaches. Who's fault is that? Les and staff for not recruiting a good QB. In my opinion Jefferson is a much safer quarterback than Lee. For example, in the Vandy game Lee was much more likely to throw a pick 6 and then the game is at least 27-10 judging by his past play. Note that I said past play and Lee could have improved or not. I'm not saying one is better than the other but Lee should get some playing time agaisnt Miss State saturday.
I agree lee should get playing time with the 1st string O in the first half to see what he's got. If miles benched jj he would be admitting that he and crowton were wrong in choosing our qb and I don't believe he will do that. Just as he keeps running the option when it clearly doesn't work. I believe the coaches are scared to mAke a change because they don't want to appear wrong
I don't know if they don't want to seem lost to the players or is it that they just see their game planing abilities to be too good for there to have been a mistake
