First of all, you need to turn that ****in CAPS LOCK off... "We" beat Bama last year with this offense. The problem though is that his non-ability to throw doesn't create matchup problems. If he can't throw, they're going to load 8-9 players in the box which neutralizes his ability to run. We saw this last year when JJ averaged 3 ypc versus Bama and Jarrett Lee was clutch passing the ball. JJ: 18 Ints JL: 19 Ints No one is scared of JJ's options.
Let's live in the now guys. This is not the same offense as last year. JL isn't the same. The back field isn't the same. The Oline isn't the same. I'm talking about the production on the field. Not the names on the jersey. Different attitude, different year. This team is overflowing with confidence and playing with a chip on their shoulder. Not sure how comparing INT's or stats when LEE was not getting significant playing time. A pocket passer needs rhythm

That doesn't change anything I said. Without Jarrett Lee in the game, LSU loses. JJ's legs did nothing for LSU. That key 45+ yard completion at the end to convert 3rd down giving LSU an opportunity to run down the clock was a throw that Jefferson has yet to make in his career. JJ had one 75 yd throw to Randle that was ALL Randle which seriously inflated his passing yards. No one has been more patient than me with JJ. No one. Not even JJ himself. The kid has been given ample oportunity to prove himself. The ONLY reason he has been given that much opportunity was because people are scared to death of JL's interceptions and he was a good kid. Now both of those reasons are moot.
