One more note about the TE....one of my favorite plays to the TE was in the 2003 BCS I believe. On around the Oklahoma ten yard line, single back, double TE, twins right....left TE releases into the flat....TD.

TE seemed to be quite the weapon in the 2007 BCSNCG as well. As has been stated, it isn't that JJ can't do it, it's that they don't call it enough. HOPEFULLY, when DPete gets back, they'll include him in the passing game.

Safeties moving into the box is hardly a good thing... this usually means that the DC has no respect for your passing game so he is coming after your runners.

Does this apply to LSUs offense right now? No... So.. its to stuff the only offensive production that LSU has... same thing teams did last year.

Disproven myth. Everyone tried to say there were 8 in the box when JLee hit that pass against Vandy. Also proven false. Teams don't stack the box any more against LSU than average. There's been enough videos linked to disprove that. If you wanna find one that lends credence, be my guest.
