I hope he at least gets a shot. I'm not counting on it though. Les has proven to be stubborn and left Lee in during the "troublesome" year longer than most wanted him to. We will see how it goes. Hou nailed it, we don't have time to flim flam around with it because the big boys are coming and we can't run this stuff out on the field against them.

I really hope we play Lee, especially if Jefferson struggles. I'll be really disappointed if we don't see Lee. But I wouldn't be surprised if Les stuck with Jefferson.

We should be playing JL anyhow, in case JJ got injured in a big game and Jarrett has to go in for him. You don't want a kid who has played too little all year. See Alabama vs. Texas in the NCG last January. Texas didn't get Gilbert ready, Colt went down, took over a quarter with Gilbert with training wheels on. At halftime, Mack Brown said, it we leave the training wheels on, we lose, take the training wheels off the offense cause we gotta go for it. They did, and they came back nicely and made a game of it. What if Gilbert had been groomed all season to be able to start when needed? You have to play your backup IMO.

True. It wouldn't be the first time corch would find himself in such a position- think he'd learn.
