Crowton was part of the problem, but no way you can blame JJ's many brain farts entirely on the coaching staff. Hopefully the new OC has screwed the light bulb in a little tighter and the light has come on.

 

Cynics. I'm going to give you whiners hell this season.

 

And I hope you have tons of ammo to do that. My wish is that he is a Heisman contender by mid season. My hope is that he has more than 4 throwing TD's by mid season.

 

I hope like heck JJ has a terrific season. I'm pulling for him.

But after what I've seen the last 2+ years, I'll wait until I see him play a game or two before I get my hopes up.

And I guess that Miles just kept Crowton around for years for that loyalty thing, or he was just oblivious. Either way, his inaction really hurt the program. [TIME TO WHINE!]

From the article it's easy to say that JJ is being arrogant, but in the actual video of the interview he doesn't come across as arrogant to me...
