There is a lot of public support for the banning of some weapons but that support fades as you go down the list of guns. As long as our govt is an elected govt, there is only so much that they can do. If they were to lose Red's support then what?
under what logic would people believe this? You would have to change through a constitution amendment and that takes 2/3 votes. Guess what not even some democrats would vote for this. So unless people really claim to follow the constitution, they clearly dont no the rules, therefore have a false fear.
It doesn't matter if you or anyone else thinks its logical or even possible. Need proof? Religion. People of religion believe many crazy things, like being saved or suffering in Hell. That's a false fear, but you know, its a valid theory and all.
dude you are smart, seriously answer the question. why do people freak out like this. how would they retroactively take people guns the number of guns own by private citizens is over 200 million vs the number of police and law enforcement around 1 million. how would they do it.

Inaccurate The administration is trying to ban new sales of high-cpacity magazines and assault rifles (2200 sport rifles are exempt). They are not trying to ban ownership. I would call it paranoid delusional.
Then state your theory clearly. It is fine for you to do so. Then I can label it paranoid and delusional if it so merits.
