jimbo must go

    It would be a mistake for LSU to let Jimbo go. The offense was inconsistent last year b/c of the below average quarterback play.

    This year the loss of AB really hurt more than anyone expected. The offensive line didn't play as well as most people anticipated. Joe Addai was hurt the last part of the season and JV isn't the same as 2003 year. And IMO JaMarcus is still learning the quarterback position and Jimbo can't turn him lose b/c of it.

    Jimbo has had some great years at LSU especially with Davey and Mauck. The last two we have been trying to develop a quarterback.

    I don't want Jimbo to go anywhere.

    I wondered about that tool. As I understand it, Carter's problem early in the season was running the correct routes, but by the time the season ended he seems to made significant headway in resolving that problem.
