Actually the probation was already extended last hearing on new charges so last I heard his probabtion ends July of 2015. The 40 hours was added to his sentence from the new incident so he has the 40 plus what he was given before. He still has the anger management and other stipulations from his court date last month. Remember this was the hearing for breaking probation on the HS incident, he already got his stipulations for the new charges last month. Still has curfew unless football related.
@bhelmLSU Yeah, I understood that his probation on the new charge would be 2 years but I didn't know he had anger management etc tacked on to it. A total of 80 hours of community service isn't all that onerous. It doesn't look like his original sentencing judge had very much wiggle room and I'm just glad she didn't choose to revoke him and make his sentence executory.
Looks like LSU just closed media out of the afternoon practice. I would assume because Hill is going to be back.
I just hope he learns from this amd there's no more issues... he's around for another year after this one right?
I bet he gets four games. With those two cupcakes in there, Les may have to sit him for a ranked team to be taken seriously by Hill, the team, or the public. He may also leave it as an indefinite suspension, saying Hill has to show him some serious attitude adjustment before seeing the field.
From what I saw, unless I read wrong, there are 50 hours of community service, and anger management classes are also required for Hill.
