I live off of Legacy. Truth be told, I've always been rather too intimidated to go into the Asia World Market. Apparently, Asians from a three-state radius go there on the weekends.
I owned a house in Frisco...for about a week. Bought it on a Monday, had the yard cleaned and sold it at my biweekly poker game the following Monday with a handshake deal. We closed the following Friday. Easiest $20k I ever made in my life. My wife was like, how the F did you do that? Yep, I was the man... for about another week.
We used to live in Frisco ISD when we had our first house (we still had a Plano address.) I ultimately decided to stay with Plano ISD and wanted my daughters on my same school schedule. I didn't want to deal with different snow days, Thanksgiving holidays, etc.
True. I'm sure WF had a few of them. Frisco was always having them; Plano, Dallas, and Ft. Worth are the most conservative about calling them.
Yep, WF had their share. Drove the kids to school on ice many a morning. In BR, if it's under 32, school is out!
Cheet, They close the frikin overpasses first flake. I miss BR but get along nice in the Del/PR, school system mucho better too. Mandeville/Cov has that small city feel but a bit too crowded for me. Plus there's the High School Orgies I keep hearin about.
Yeah. They build it into the school schedule now. Warm winter this year and the kids are having 4 day weeks in April and May. Annoying for the work schedule. BTW....We live a few miles away it seems. You are going to come to a football watching party this year.
