Red, when I was in high school, there were definitely freshmen girls who did all kinds of unsavory things with senior boys. I have a hard time putting that into the sexual assault category. And this is coming from the mom of two daughters. After having read up on Hill's case, it sounds a lot like a dad who was upset/embarrassed by his daughter's bad choices making a criminal case out of a bad situation.
That kind of thinking could get you convicted of a felony before you are 22. 14-year olds are off limits and everybody knows it.
Well Mom, I know about senior guys with opportunities with easy freshmen girls. I passed on them because I didn't want to go to jail and there were plenty of easy senior girls. You think Hill had no other choices? You think he was a victim of a 14-year old "Ho"? Really? Hill sounded to me like a guy with contempt for the law who got off easy because of his football fame. Sounds like he's going to get off easy again. We'll revisit this the next time he commits a crime. I'll bet a six-pack of Mexican beer that this is not his last one.
I certainly don't think Hill was a victim in the locker room incident. I just don't really feel like the girl was a victim, either. Participant is more like it.
