Well, the Baton Rouge Police Chief responsible for the mishandling of the Shady's incident got himself fired. Perhaps the department got smarter as a result.
Who knows? I have seen bar fights started for no reason at all. Just some guy looking for trouble, could have been either party. But when a fellow has had enough and he walks away . . . you let him walk away. It wasn't a street fight where someone was fighting for his life. It was a bar fight with dozens of witnesses, a pissing contest. With as many witnesses as they probably have, the whole story will come out . . . hopefully not from the BRPD.
German population of Afro-Germans (wow that's how they call it?) as of 2010: 817,150 English population of Africans (they call them Black British ... wow) as of 2011: 1,877,000 (that's gotta be rounded) French data is a little more outdated, 2004 but they estimate 2,000,000 African heritage people living there. In 2000 (outdated US info damn it) Memphis alone had 406,962 African-Americans. As of 2010, New Orleans had 206985. Just showing you two smaller cities that are over 50% African-American. There are no major cities in Europe like that. African American population? 43,884,130 So basically what I'm saying is that the US has more than 8 times the number of African descent people as the entirety of Europe.
If I've learned one thing in my current job it's this: Whenever the cops give you a video of a fight, a DWI arrest, just about anything, ask yourself (and the cop when you get him on the stand) "What happened in the 30 seconds before the camera was turned on and what happened in the 30 seconds after the camera was turned off?"
especially considering hills reaction, i doubt he was defending himself, but if they find out the other guy was going to his car to get a weapon, that would change things. i still say this is what happens when schools admit people that have no interest in education (im assuming hill falls in this category)
There is a video out there some have seen. However, like you said it was just part of the incident. The DA and LSU has seen the tape with everything leading up to it and after the fight.

Imagine, a football player not interested in education......WOW !! I thought that they were so interested in education that the free tuition was more than enough compensation for their work that results in hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue for LSU.
