I have ignored nothing you said, I have understood the points you have made about racial insults and did not challenge them. I am just clarifying what I said. You did suggest that the law was bullshit and have made a point of a rumor that Hill was racially insulted. You were trying to tell us something, were you not?

no I said your notion that the law is the law is bullshit, not the specific law on battery or someone committing batter for being insulted. You should know I am smarter and wouldnt suggest that. I did make a point of hill being racially insulted and as I said I can relate to it. Not that he was justified in hitting the guy, but the point that I can relate and people get tired of shit like that.
but if a law actively discriminates against a group of people then its bullshit. Other than gays, Im not there yet:D
And thats all laws, affirmative action included.

I see. I was speaking about the law that Hill violated, you were speaking of laws in general. This is a topic that deserves a thread someday.

But you must be tried from time to time. With martin and SF gone, there are few left to incite except you and the local Hitler Youth. :D

I think we are still fatigued from having the difference between legality and lawfulness explained to us by tinsley. Remember that guy? He was awesome.

I disagree to an extent, but only on the part about migration. The rest is revisionist BS, lol. Without slavery, Africans would have had no reason to migrate to America. Every single resource Africans needed is/was right there along with the knowledge to harness those resources. But because of global threats towards the civilizations of dark-skinned people, Africa has been raped of its resources by mostly non-African benefactors at the detriment of native Africans. They have been raped of everything that made Africa resource rich (diamonds, gold, oil, you name it). Throw in the tremendous amount of genocide that occurs in many African nations amongst the natives and the continent is really a shell of what it should have been. So no, I don't think Africans would've eventually migrated to America. It would've been the opposite. But I know you know all this Phi, lol.

But on topic, I can certainly relate and understand the temptation to react when insulted to that extent. But all things considered, Hill probably had consumed a good bit of what made the jackass kick everything off, so we can't realistically expect him to have his wits about him enough to think the way he likely would had he been sober. Testosterone + the sauce = recipe for disaster. Tried and true and you don't even need measurements to cook this recipe properly.

Now if he was sober, hopefully the punishment gives him a quick lesson in civility. As long as he was not the aggressor, this won't affect his draft stock at all. He'll still be the top back available next year. And he will go in the first round. At this point he's a politician. Don't get caught with drugs, a live boy, or a dead girl and he's good to go.

a week ago, Oklahoma's All-Big 12 coaches First Team DE Ronnell "THE HAMMER" Lewis got arrested in a bar fight @Oklahoma at Logan's on the Corner, located in Norman's Campus Corner entertainment district (located right on the side of the University of Oklahoma)

Ronnell Lewis was Tasered twice to get him under control in a bar fight in Norman, Okla., early on Saturday, according to the Norman Police Department. Lewis was arrested on misdemeanor accounts of disturbing the peace, public intoxication and interference with official process. The police were requested by bouncers at Logans because of a fight involving Lewis and Herve Sivuliu. Police commanded Lewis to stop and get on the ground. He then swung and connected with Sivuliu with his right fist. The police officer used the Taser and continued to give commands. Lewis didn’t stop, so he used the Taser again. That time he went to the ground. The report says Lewis had the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. His speech was also slurred and thick.

coming out of high school he was
