Jeremy Hill arrested-Oral Sexual Battery

BATON ROUGE - Jeremy Hill, 18, and Avery Tate II, 18, were both arrested today and charged with Oral Sexual Battery.

Jeremy Hill is a 4-star running back from Redemptorist who recently re-committed to LSU to play football.

The two are accused of pressuring a 14-year old girl to perform oral sex on them in the boys locker room at Redemptorist High School in Baton Rouge.

The incident allegedly occurred on the afternoon of December 7th. The incident was reported to police by school administration officials on January 4, 2011 when they first learned of the incident.

Both suspects are being booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison this afternoon.

I mean he's good and all, but RB is not exactly a position of need.

 

He's lucky this wasn't in Georgia or he'd be facing 10 years in the slammer. Either way, jesus H christ ...

 

i never quite heard of that charge. oral sexual battery. has a nice ring to it.

I was just about to post this...I don't think Les will sign him. That would constitute sexual assault on a minor too IMO, if convicted...he may be wearing a orange jumpsuit instead of purple and gold this time next year.

Maybe he thought she gave a silent commit, but in the end it just turned out to be a soft verbal, not a commitable offer.

(I realize a 14 year old girl was violated here, not trying to make light of that ... just can't pass up the low hanging fruit.)
