The worst loss for Les personally was when Mett threw 3 interceptions in the first half against Ole Miss in 2013. Les vowed from that day forward that we're never going to be so pass happy to cost us a chance at victory (nevermind his mind numbing decision to finally call timeout with less than 5 seconds remaining in order to "ice the kicker"). Les decided we'll score 0 points (see Arkansas 2014) before we'll throw 3 interceptions in a single game. Over his dead body.
Well, here you are an anonymous internet character that sounds a lot like the typical Bammer flamers we get.
red's radar is often off about a lot of things. i can tell youre just a self-important dumb lsu fan. and comedy isnt your strong suit sadly.
I dont know if its poor judgement in evaluation of our qb's or not effectively coaching them up, if we dont get improved performance from the qb's we can have all the running back performance and a great amount of wr recruits LSU will still be a 8-4..9-3 type football team..I can only hope we do better than this...Geaux Tigers
I still think the biggest problem last season at QB was youth and inexperience in a tough football league. That problem should be much improved this season.
That and the inexperienced WRs. They ran routes wrong had critical drops etc that added to the confusion. How many remember the drop off in Tom Hogson's senior year when Wendel Davis et al graduated and Tommy had inexperienced WRs? Whatever Jennings or Harris's shortcomings were they were exacerbated by these factors. It is a combination of factors and last year we had little experience at the most critical positions in they passing game. Hopefully experience maturity and coaching with bring improvement.
If it's at the expense of being one dimensional, yeah. LAST season? How bout pretty much every season sans one with Mett. When it comes to QB's our coach is a real dickbag.
Exactly. If it were just one season no one but Tiger fans would even notice. However this has been the dominant theme of the Les Miles offense and the entire world sees it.
