I think it does. Les needs to show that he's making changes and he needs to show some goddamn confidence in Lee.
i think more importantly he needs to show he is capable of making a tough decision. and by tough, i mean going against his stubborn ways that are already proven to fail. the offense being one of them and this is a great example why it remains stagnant. he refuses to see reality and does so in defiance of his critics. gerry dinardo'esque. we shouldnt be playing scared at this point. we will have to let it all hang out to beat UF at the swamp. man-up and play the only dude capable of completing a pass beyond 10 yards. and if he thinks hes bluffing anyone by saying jj is throwing while lee will be running equally, well, he let's just say he is only kidding himself. and you are correct, he needs to show he is capable of making changes--- for public perception (i assumed this part). not just because they pay his check but they are correct in thinking lee deserves to start. so the next time anyone says they think they know more than the coach...well they do if its ours.
I don't want to be on the wagon. I like Les. BUT if he is so damn stupid to let jj play and lose us this game I just might have to. Jj shouldn't play more than a hand full of snaps. He damn near lost us the game. He didn't have the smarts to snap the ball before time ran out.I don't get it. We should be developing lee. Jj could Never complete 4th and 14 with the game on the line. You should play every play like the games on the line and jj ain't got it. Less is going to lose all the confidence of the fan base. I just don't want to believe lee ain't our man after marching us down the field in the 4th
Expected and the main reason for the start is to establish the run but Lee will likely get a majority of the snaps and that is all that really matters.
well we know but was hoping to see a turning of the corner by this coaching staff, err les miles. a sign he is capable of making appropriate corrections. cant he be proactive for freaking once. would have been better for everyone involved. including jj.
