Jefferson to be arrested today (per WWL)

he and johns are on their way to parish prison to be charged with second degree battery. I hope he went and got hammered for his birthday at least.

On a side note, BRPD is a disgrace. They couldn't run DNA on Derrick Todd Lee when he was picked up for exposing himself, allowing him to go on killing for a couple of years, but they sure ran with this, going out of their way to show that LSU got no favoritism.

Yes, they are. And if/when JJ is acquitted, I hope they get the living daylights sued out of them for punitive damages. Such a frickin' joke.

Baton Rouge Business Report is saying both are charged with 2nd degree battery.
