Seems like the only arguments that are made against JJ only cite his performances over the previous 2 years. It is clear that he has improved every area of his game. He has thrown deep TD passes in several games this year.
Watch him on the sidelines. That's a different kid. He feels in total control of what he is doing. Not saying he won't ever make a mistake again, cuz he certainly will, but the confidence he has right now is off the charts. And that's a GREAT thing for LSU.
Again, Lee supporters who hate what has transpired. There are plenty of LSU fans who don't even like the win we had tonight. In fact they are hating life. Hard to believe, I know. I root for LSU. Not the players.
Do you actually fail to realize that bama's defense is much, much better than any defense that we can possibly play this season? What's different about Arky or UGA's defense that makes the more well-suited to stop JJ?
Need I remind you of the safety that JJ took against Western Kentucky...throw the ball away...don't intentionally spike it in the end zone...usually results in 2 pts for the other team... It is this kind of decision making that scares me to death with Jordan Jefferson...period.
Arky has a much more prolific offense than Alabama. Stop Trent and you stop Alabama and that is what we did. AJ cannot beat you by himself. We had that kids head spinning. We will need production from the QB position to beat Arky because they will score some points on us. As GREAT as our defense is, their Offense is that good and I still wonder if they are sandbagging and Knile Davis plays. I have seen nothing to prove that Jordan Jefferson can consistently pass for 200 yds or provide a consistent downfield threat to keep the defense honest.
You know what, good point. A QB that makes one bad decision on a very questionable playcall against a cupcake team should probably never see the field again. I think you've convinced me. He hasn't improved one bit.
