Maybe things have changed since I graduated from RHS in the '70's but I find it hard to believe that Lucas carries a 3.0 GPA and can't pass the ACT... ...I mean, I had a 2.9 GPA and I scored 25 on the ACT ...thanks to my education at RHS my first three semesters at LSU were a breeze... ...perhaps good ol' RHS is like some of these other schools that give A & B grades up easily... ...I sincerely hope that that's not the case....
Things have certainly changed since you were there ... they actually have a football program now! I'm sure they are no different than any other high school ... they let some of the better athletes slide in the classroom. I'm a RHS class of '80 grad, and we let the basketball players slide back then...
There probably is something to that... ...my brother was a starter on the '77 state hoops champs and I seem to remember that Hi-C was cut some slack back then... ...and probably my brother too, but you'd never get him to admit it... ...yes, it's finally nice to have a quality FB program @ RHS!!!! When I was back for the AU & LT games I went to the Istrouma game... ...boy, that neck of town sure has changed since I left BR 25 years ago...
