While things may well turn out this way, LSU's long-term picture would probably be better, if Lee were able to red-shirt this year. That being said, either one may be called on to play a role like Jamarcus did a few years ago, by providing 4th quarter spark to put the Tigers over the top.

I think this guy is a bad seed and the coaching staff should let him go. Move on while he is suspended. What’s the point of bringing this self-destructive guy back? Get Lee ready or who ever else is back there and lets go from here. RP will go down as never worked out for LSU. For his sake he should transfer to any school but Miami and reinvent him self. slow down big fella. What atrocity has he committed to make you think he's such a bad seed? All the innuendo around the kid drives me nuts. Dorsey of course. The other guys are nice and flashy. Build around D-line all day in my book. I must admit though that McFadden is a truly special talent, and I look forward to seeing what Harvin can do this year (in every game but one, anyway.)
