There is something weird about this story, no pun intended. The police publicize a seizure of material pertinent to a child-porn investigation, but neither arrest nor charge anybody? But the guy loses his job and is internationally painted to be a child porner. Wouldn't the police ordinarily do this a bit more low-key? If there is nothing on that computer, they could be subject to a huge lawsuit and bad PR. If there is evidence, then they could always make that announcement later. I'm thinking about what happened to La'el Collins. Something else seems strange. So a guy in Jared Fogle's foundation was busted for child porn months ago. If he was in league with Fogle, surely Fogle would have wiped his computer by now? And if it were files uploaded by the perp without Fogle's knowledge, wouldn't it have occurred to Jared to check that out and get rid of anything that guy sent him? Or perhaps to call the police? Just seems fishy. If he is a perv, he is a really stupid perv.
it was the feds. so they had their case already. they seized his shit because they know whats on it for the most part id guess. or what traffic went through it. subway suspended their deal with jared until all the stains come out in the wash. likely the other dude, his ex-ceo of his nonprofit gave him up. the feds dont do anything low-keyed. i had a guy at work get busted for this same thing. homeland security, feds, all over the place. im guessing fogle is simply a dumbass like most who know nothing about the interwebs or computers. except that they're a gateway to porn. he just chose the wrong kind. but did he choose? he was clearly born with this and we should be tolerant. we should never discriminate. i also thought burning my rebel flag would fix all this.

I do not assume that the feds know what they are doing any more than local yokels. If they had the goods on him, he would have been immediately arrested. Only Fogle wasn't busted. Not even taken downtown for questioning. Every now and then tiga has point. Nobody knows the facts yet. Plenty of time to beat Jared up when the evidence is released. Why jump the gun in case he doesn't have any illegal porn. It is possible.
And may not be. From all the reports I've seen the ties with his former foundation leader led to the searches and nothing criminal has been found against Jarred. He may be guilty as sin, but it's way too early to start talking as if he's a convicted felon..
