You know what he's talking about. Her office, in the form of US Asst AG Kadzik, essentially took the 5th by refusing to answer simple, basic questions about how Obama paid terrorists for hostages and then lied about it. It's not a little whine. It's a huge issue and Americans deserve to know the truth.
    Partisan you say?

"Peter Kadzik only began his career at the Department of Justice in 2013, according to a Daily Caller report. He was largely unknown to the American public until his name appeared in a WikiLeaks email dump. It appears Kadzik and John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chair, are old friends.

Podesta and Kadzik went to Georgetown Law School and remained close. One leaked email dated earlier this year reportedly showed the two men talking about celebrating Podesta’s birthday. The day after Hillary Clinton testified before the House Select Committee on Benghazi, John Podesta, Peter Kadzik, lobbyist Vincent Roberti, and some other Washington, D.C. power brokers, all went out to dinner together, according to the emails leaked by Julian Assange. In an email sent from Kadzik to Podesta in May of last year, the DOJ official asked his old friend to get his son a job on the Clinton campaign."

"Lynch and Bill Clinton met privately in Phoenix Monday after the two realized they were on the same tarmac, an aide to the former president said. The encounter took place ahead of the public release Tuesday morning of the House Benghazi Committee's report on the 2012 attack on a U.S. consulate in Libya.
The meeting is raising questions about whether the independence of the Justice Department, which is conducting an investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server, might have been compromised."

"Prompted by a request from Chairman Darrell Issa and Subcommittee Chairman Jim Jordan to Treasury Inspector General Tax Administration (TIGTA) to investigate these concerns, the public came to learn from TIGTA’s audit that Americans had been targeted based on expressions of their political beliefs.

The Oversight Committee has conducted dozens of transcribed interviews with Treasury and IRS staff and determined that the former Director of Tax-Exempt Organizations (EO) at the IRS, Lois Lerner, was the at the center of these efforts to target political groups. Lerner asserted her Fifth Amendment protection against self-incrimination before the Oversight Committee, declining to answer questions while simultaneously asserting her innocence."

    Now....what were YOU whining about?

Dude, I really have no idea if you're right or wrong on this but you realize that you claim to have "proved" your side by writing it in larger letters and in bold?

It seems to me that republicans are accusing the Clinton's of using their political careers as a means for personal gains.

Am I foolish to think that every fucking person in Washington uses their political careers as a means for personal gains? I mean shit come on. That's what politics in this country is. A bunch of fucking crooks doing shit for themselves and their financial backers. It just so happens that the Clinton's seem to be really fucking good at it. Does that make it right? No I don't think so, but it is kind of hypocritical for politicians to use this as their excuse as to why the Clinton's are dirty, when blood is on all of their hands.

"Essentially?" Like I said, she DIDN'T plead the fifth. She didn't plead the fifth technically, and she didn't even plead the fifth metaphorically... because your metaphor makes no sense. "Pleading the fifth" means that she refused to talk to protect herself from self-incrimination. How on Earth would refusing to answer questions about a deal Obama and Kerry struck, not her own, mean that she pleaded the fifth?

And, oh, by the way... that payment to Iran was not a ransom. That's just another Republican lie.
