Speaking of that, check out a movie called Arthropoid, it's about Operation Arthropoid in the 2nd world war, the operation called for Czech operatives to assassinate Reinhard Heydrich in Prague. Great movie, watched it last night.
If we moved to civil judgement requirements, rather than criminal convictions, the Clintons would never get out from under the award debt. Lucky, lucky....the taxpayers can't bring suit and they have all the necessary folks in their pocket who wouldn't allow a lawsuit to move forward.
