C'mon, I attended every game during that 3-8 season (TigerBand). I would never, ever in a million years transfer to LSU if any part of my name even sounded like "Booty".
I'm not saying stop recruiting evangel players, I'm just saying these guys are always rated high since they play on top 25 nationally ranked teams and put up big numbers, but typically they aren't as good as advertised. Now that the tigers are an established top 5 team with a great coach as recruiter, LSU can afford to be selective in the recruiting process. I alos realize that evangel coaches historically steered their players away from signing with LSU for whatever reason. Abram has a good career before he got hurt. Robert Davis was a decent little player. Otherwise, I hadn't see much for all the pub these guys get.
