Place where quarterbacks come to die. Every time I think of LSU’s qb’s over the years I think of that scene in blazing saddles where everyone is getting hung including a horse.
Here's something to consider on a Sunday morning. Imagine yourself as a fan of a college football team and you're not concerned about the quarterback position. All the while knowing the team can win with first or second string QB. Hell, get this. I'd be more concerned about the LSU offense if Jones were on the team. The last time that happened...he's now on his third school (visiting South Florida this weekend.) It's interesting to me, with Jalen, that a move like USF would be good for him. The talent level he'd be facing will be lower and he'd be able to showcase his skill set. It's going to be interesting how this shakes out.
I still think Lane Kiffen should land him. That would amuse me the most. Please God, I follow Kiffen's twitter feed...
I caught something the other day about Kiffin not having a returning quarterback for six seasons, maybe? There'd he still not have a returning quarterback but a quarterback who has some starts under his belt.
