I think you're in the minority.

    ParadiseiNC don't worry, be happy

    No, I'm not.

Not sure about the TE suggestion. He was considered the best QB at the Manning Passing Academy this year with competition that included Luck, and that was based on several objective observers. Not bad for a should of been TE.

Ok cool. All in all we are in a great place as a program. Credit has to be given to CLM for taking the chance on Mett and giving him a 2nd chance.

Lee could make that throw. Lee's arm strength isn't the question. Lee's accuracy certainly is. But actually watch that play over and just look at the subtleness of Mett moving slightly to his left in the pocket to avoid the pressure. That's where Lee's god awful footwork comes into play. I would venture to guess Lee would have stayed planted in the pocket, accepted the pressure up the middle and thrown a poor pass off his back foot. There's your difference.

he gave JL a C- rating last week against Oregon. Don't sweat it. He's obviously an irrational hot head.

    Future is surely bright

That TD pass looked very crisp. Seeing it after 2007 (you know what I am talking about). Miles will not start Mett unless JL goes down to injury but this could me amazing season if we get gun slinger on top of what we already have to defense. Knock out punch in each game.

Mett looks really good, but he's not reading the Bama defense. It will get much more complicated for both of them. He definitely looks like the future just not sure how near that future is. I just hope they both keep improving. I'm pretty happy with both QBs tonight.

It's the thing I feared most. A championship season in our grasp. A stubborn head coach who will stick with the inferior QB due to loyalty (a great virtue no doubt, does not work well when trying to win a BCS title).

Look, I hope Lee wins all 14 games we play this season. That's the story I would love to see written. But I am a realist. That isn't going to happen. He's a ticking time bomb. I don't want it blowing up our national championship hopes.

JL has played just as well, if not better than Mett this game. To make this prediction is wild.

Flynn was a great qb. He was good enough to be drafted and will
start one day in the NFL. Flynn was a much better qb than jj or jl will ever be. Mett is a diffrent story.
