yes he does. I have to admit that but i just feel like until JL throws an errant pick six or some flopping craziness I dont think CLM would pull him. But for now we have nothing to be worried about. The game against Moo U should give us an indication as to how far JL has come.
JL has rarely looked good against anybody. Occasionally a good throw to demonstrate his potential, and this gets highlighted, ala ALA last year, but those are far and few between moments. No consistency. Mett just looks solid already. I get your point, though.
Just watch the quick passes out to the receiver (bubble screen, whatever you want to call it). Just that play alone. Crisp quickly delivered pass by Mett that lets the receiver gain as many yards as possible. Lee's passes on that play are sketchy and clunky.
Maybe it came across the wrong way, I KNOW JL is nowhere near Flynn as a QB I was just trying to make the point that at this point until something changes CLM would go with the manager. But I totally agree with you that ZM is the real deal. I find it crazy you would make a comment about me not knowing about football when I hardly ever post on here.
I've heard countless analysts say the measure of a QB is how well they throw the deep out. Ask yourself, could Lee have made that throw?
