He has not signed the new deal yet but he said that there are good people working on it and that the contract was NOT even an issue.
I'm willing to leave it at that but it looks to me like he is staying at LSU because he couldnt negotiate the right deal with Chicago. Enough though and hopefully this is over for at least a few years.

Man where u get bullshit news like that? You have nothing to back that up. Saban said he was NOT interested in the NFL. He said his meeting with Angelo was not about that.
I'm getting the impression that Saban won't go without ultimate power. GM/HC or part ownership of the team. Also, that his wife likes it here.
