Some of you forget how we’re way ahead of the curve rt now. Give Oeaux some credit. http://www.tigerfan.com/threads/few...lsu-in-2018-yet-here-we-are-sb-nation.148815/
Initially I wasn't sure about Coach Oeaux but wasn't outwardly anti-Oeaux. Took a wait & see approach. Who were our outwardly anti-Oeaux folks here? Other than Tap, I honestly don't recall.
A few were anti O but many are anti E and still are. Those guys will never admit E is doing a good job.
Like I told Sabanfan (a former poster here) long ago, fans enjoy sports in different ways. Some people will always nit pik coaches. It's what they do. Lettum have their views and it's ok to debate them. Just don't let it get to you.
Good points. I will say this though, he is at least having us not lose ground to where we were when Miles left. Improve the line play and we'd be better...
Always room for improvement, but I am pleasantly surprised how well both lines are doing given the injuries/suspensions.
I'll own up to being pretty anti-O. I have been pleasantly surprised with this season, regardless of the outcome in 2 weeks. Bama looks as strong (or stronger) than ever.
I hope Orgeron is coaching at LSU for a very long time. It means LSU is consistently winning at a high level (as did Les Miles). I think there is a difference between "not liking Coach O" and being disappointed at the way the coaching search and hiring process went. They are NOT the same thing. Just because Ed Orgeron would not have been MY ideal hire, doesn't mean that I don't support him and am not happy with what this team is doing.
