I think Panetta spoke too soon.

Say one thing, do another. Pretty much been the Obama plan so far.

Oh come on the President promised to oppose it!

Just like he promised no lobbyists, appointing people of the "highest ethical standards"....

and no I don't need talk radio to tell me that...

His track record in just a month does not give me any reason to believe anything that comes out of his mouth.

his track record on what, one person in his cabinet that was a lobbyist, give me a break, you act like he told you he wouldnt steal your candy and he did.
the fairness doctrine is a joke, it will never come back unless Michael Moore is elected president, my point is find something else to complain about. Its a non issue.

my point is not about the Fairness Doctrine, but about how I don't believe him. But if he is against it, its only because he wants to keep everything status quo. He already made anti-Rush comments and have crawfished from those, once they didn't go over well.

But make no mistake about it, his M.O. is not to defeat the opposition but to clear out the playing field. Right now he controls the media, so why stink it up and cause a stir. But if the media starts to become a problem, it will be very interesting.

He didnt crawfish on the Rush Limbaugh comments at all. Those comments he meant and stood by them, hell I stand by those comments, if thats the guy who is the voice of the conservatives, then God help them. A hypocrite drug addict. Thats fine dont believe him, but name one politician that has made good on every promise or has told the truth 100% of the time?
