yes, i am a big advocate of the free ride. but ive been told here on more than one occasion that everyone here are big advocates of the free ride, people just dont want it being abused. so i would be against tax $ for crack, or booze, or cigs, or candy, or cell phones, or tv----and i am against $ for anyone but children for extended periods of time.
