    I agree. 7% of my gross is a nice hunk of change. I hate flushing it down the crapper.

    And that's exactly where it is going. You're a little older than me so you may see some of it. I have no confidence that I will ever see a dime of the money I have put into it over the many years.

    No chit. It is still possible to underfund any effort. The government does nothing to prevent this.

    SabanFan will see all of his benefits and you will probably see them, too. At the worst, you will see a drop to 74%, but Congress will probably find the money to fund it fully before then.
