Perilloux is predictable...that's what makes him dangerous. It's all getting set up right now. Watch and wait for it. When we need it, it'll be there and you know what I'm talking about.

I'm almost speechless.....WTF are you talking about? Do you even know what cover 2 is? So what if we're predictable....should we stop running successful plays just because they might know what's coming? How many times did RP run the option and it was hugely positive? "Run it once and gain 20 yards but don't run it again, they might know it's coming," come on fella, think before you leap. We ran our game plan and forced UF to stop us and they couldn't.....what more do you want? As for the passing rant of yours, we are a balanced team and they couldn't stop the run, our #1 WR is hurt, our other WR's are young. Makes a lot more sense to throw the percentage pass doesn't it? Blitzing???? Hard to blitz Tebow when he gets rid of the ball so quick and is a threat to run. It's a big gamble and the defensive scheme was perfect and worked.

Your post tells me their scheme is working exactly as it should. Gotta think outside the box... I'll explain:

How would you go about in fooling someone (say Bama, Auburn, or Arky for instance)? You run RP every snap he takes (or most), then when one of those opponents face you they see him come in, figure it's a run, and bring everyone up... next thing you know, one of our WR's are pulling down a pass 60 yards down field. See how that works?

Now, the reason for everyone's aggressive responses (including mine) is it never fails when we are trying to savor a moment of great accomplishment... someone always comes in and says "they shoulda done this.." or "they need to do this or they're gonna lose", or any combination of the two... The majority of these posts are just someone stirring up crap on the board because they think that no matter how ya do it, you're doing good if you keep a thread active.. If that's not your intent then great. Also the ALL CAPS is almost begging for people to snap at you, so you probably shouldn't do that anymore either...

Anyway, I'll agree we're on the same team, but we need to relax and let the coaches handle what we pay em to do, not what we want them to. :thumb:

Enjoy, we're #1 in the land!

When you,re predictable and can still ram it down the opposing defenses throats, eat the clock up, blow people off the ball, worry the crap out of opposing defensive coordinators and still win...who the hell cares...the Tigers are making the a statement here..."Stop us..if you can". No one has yet, and I think we,ve just played against the best Defense we,ll see all year. This is something the Tigers have not had in recent memory. A punch you in the mouth, badazz power running game. So much for predictable.

BTW..BIG "Props" to the "O" Line, thats where most of the credit goes
