On Tigerbait yesterday:

During the last 1½ years, Addai and Vincent have returned to their original positions on the depth chart. Addai is the primary back, and Vincent is the substitute.

In the Advocate in the preseason:

Asked up the shape of the running backs when the players reported Miles had this to say, "all 7 running backs reported in great shape and at the weight they were assigned within a pound or two either way. We'd like to be able to put a couple more pounds of Joseph but he has trouble keeping weight on.

Then we have all the praise that the coaches reaped on Vincent at the end of last season when he won the special teams award, which totally refutes most of the posts we see made by people who believe rumors.

I'm just saying that in 2003 he was playing at 205 ( http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/college/rosters/2003/lsu/ ) and was noticable quicker than he is now...
