I agree. But as halloween said they're so used to it they don't even think or care about what they say. Lifetime politicians just use a little more tact.
It's obvious he's not nor is anyone politician. The better question is, Is he guided by a set of moral values that are the right ones. I don't mean political principles but core values. I can disagree with ones policy if I think they're moral. Jimmy Carter comes to mind. I would expect liberals to see GHW Bush and R Reagan in a similar light. Bill Clinton is an interesting outlier....low morals but smart enough to still be an effective leader. Trump fails here as well IMO but he isn't much different morally than HRC or Bernie or E Warren. All are morally bankrupt to me.
I don't think there is a filter with Trump. I think he honestly believes the shit he spews which is probably scarier.
Bernie is a crackpot but probably a moral crackpot. How else do you explain a 74 year old member of the United States Senate whose net worth is under $300K?
I thought so too but he has 3 houses worth much more. His wife and daughter are under investigation for tax fraud and misappropriating funds from her college.
