How long do you, realistically, think these lockdowns will last? I am quite a homebody, albeit a really busy one during the school year when I am up at 5 and out of the door by 6:30 to get my younger daughter to drill team practice by 6:45. With that being said, how long will Americans tolerate being told to stay at home? I, though I am a homebody, have volunteered to help distribute Chromebooks to needy families at my school on Tuesday. Yes, to get out of the house, but also to see some of my coworkers (six feet apart) and wave to some of my students who will be going through the line.
Not nearly long enough and that's just the American in us. I think places not named California and New York will have a handle on it fairly quickly. Stay upwind you'll be okay.
I’ve been critical of Trump’s leadership during the crisis but he’s never been as irresponsible and destructive as Pelosi and the democrats as their actions yesterday. To torpedo the rescue bill because they thought they had the Republicans and President over a barrel is tantamount to treason.
I couldn't even go ride my bikes because the weather has been shit this entire time. I actually ended up working the entire weekend.
Yep ...it’s hard enough to just get people to follow directions to do simple stuff ..... I’ll give it another week and people are going to start breaking all the rules. Weirdest thing .... I am the leader of a praise and worship team, and yesterday, we played and preached to a completely empty church for the live stream. It is normally one of the only times I interact with people as I work out of my house and most of my dealings are over the phone.
