Just getting over it. Had a low grade fever (100-101) for about 2 weeks. Light coughing and lack of energy were my only other symptoms. I work from home and only missed one day when my fever spiked to 103.2 and I was too tired to do anything but sleep. But I was back at work the next day.
I got sick a few weeks ago. Lasted about 10 days. I got tested but was negative. Wasn't anything more than a cold/flu. I have also been donating blood for 2 years. They do the antibodies testing for covid when I donate. Never had it. I am wondering why I have never had it... Glad you are OK. ***Would you say that if COVID wasnt a thing, this would have been no different than you catching the flu?
For me, yes, but I know it affects people differently. I guess I should have mentioned in my previous post that I never went and got tested, so I'm not 100% sure I had it. I just know that I had low fever for about 2 weeks that I controlled with acetaminophen. Yesterday was the first day I didn't have to take it because I had no fever. I just assumed it was Covid because even with the worst flu, the longest I've ever had fever was like 5 days. I've also never gotten the flu when the temp has been above 80 degrees. Kinda hoping it was Covid so I have the antibodies.
It most likely was if your temp got that high. Mine got to 103.5. I got the monoclonal antibodies which helped knock my fever out. I was out of work for 2.5 weeks but didnt really feel myself until 3 weeks out. And I still have the damned cough due to my asthma issues
Tiger Stadium no longer requiring proof of vax or negative tests. I called this one. See how fast they reversed course when they couldn't sell out the stadium against an SEC opponent. At night. https://www.wdsu.com/article/lsu-covid-protocols-tiger-stadium-lifted/37909049
Get woke geaux broke. I have watched some NFL this year and noticed it’s removed basically all politics bullshit from TV.
