There’s no doubt that vitamin D, Zinc Vitamin C etcetera are important (I’ve been taking high doses for years) to help the immune system inhibit disease. Since my last post I’ve read more about Invermectin and see it has potential as a treatment after infection. However too many think it a preventative and when unable to get a prescription for the human medicine have been getting the large animal version from places like Tractor Supply.
That's the thing Winston ... if Doctors would just give them the script for the human ivermectin, they wouldn't have to run to the feed store. That is a travesty. I don't care if doesn't do squat, it is a relatively harmless drug, and the "placebo" effect of it alone could make a huge difference. But ... NOOOOOO ... instead, they throw doctors in jail for prescribing ivermectin to people.
I take a couple thousand mg of C and 1000 of D along with regular multi vitamin. Only take zinc when feeling low energy. Not huge amounts but with eating fresh vegetables fruits and nuts i haven had a cold in yearsor anything else. Also work out 5-6 times a week both cardio and strength
Tylenol is far more dangerous than Ivermectin. Ivermectin should be available over the counter. Big Pharma RULES! We're all the swamp and Big Pharma's bitches. Well, actually not me, i have plenty of weed and Ivermectin. "If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so."
Don't take someone else word for it. Go get your Vitamin D tested. It's not that expensive. If you are below 40 ng/ml, you need to supplement, with a goal of 50 ng/ml. Each 2000 IU of Vit. D. will raise your Vit. D. level about 20 ng/ml, depending on your weight and other factors, with the fact that with each increase you get less rise. So, if you are at 20 ng/ml, you need to be taking about 4000 IUs. If you are at 30 ng/ml, a single 2000 IU per day is sufficient. If you are at 40 ng/ml, 1000 IU/day will get you to 50.
