This thing is over.... chloroquine is cheap. https://www.veteranstoday.com/2020/03/18/french-researcher-posts-successful-cv19-drug-trial/ Professor Raoult is an infectious diseases specialist and head of the IHU Méditerranée Infection, who has been tasked by – and consulted by – the French government to research possible treatments of Covid-19. He said that the first Covid-19 patients he had treated with the drug chloroquine had seen a rapid and effective speeding up of their healing process, and a sharp decrease in the amount of time they remained contagious. https://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/h...l/news-story/93e7656da0cff4fc4d2c5e51706accb5 University of Queensland Centre for Clinical Research director Professor David Paterson told news.com.au today they have seen two drugs used to treat other conditions wipe out the virus in test tubes. He said one of the medications, given to some of the first people to test positive for COVID-19 in Australia, had already resulted in “disappearance of the virus” and complete recovery from the infection. Prof Paterson, who is also an infectious disease physician at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, said it wasn’t a stretch to label the drugs “a treatment or a cure”. “It’s a potentially effective treatment,” he said.
Same thing but on Tucker Carlson with A little bit better news... citing the French study. https://twitter.com/charliekirk11/status/1240449295116931072?s=21
i read up on this Monday. It’s a treatment not a cure and the controlled testing hasn’t been done blah blah blah. it’s commonplace costs 4 cents a pill and seems to be helping the majority. There are reportedly no negative side effects but if so they don’t compare. Hopefully it’s legit but hadn’t heard a peep since.
If I get sick I want it whether the FDA approves it or not. What is there to lose if it doesn't work?
