As a matter of fact, I do oppose requiring vaccines to attend a Tax Payer Funded school. As I said, the vaccinated are not threatened by the unvaccinated. The only caveat I would include, is to make sure there is INFORMED TRANSPARENCY to the other parents that there is an unvaccinated child in the school, such that if that bothers another parent, they can get their child vaccinated. .... or not!.

Do you not believe that disease can be transmitted from human to human?

Ask the parents of children who have died of polio before those vaccines were mandated. Today measles, whooping cough and other diseases kill children because of anti vaxers. BTW do you know Robert Kennedy Jr has been the leading anti-vaxer before Covid. Do you want to identify with him.
It’s foolish to think you live in isolation where your actions or lack thereof don’t impact others. That’s why we have government. There’s a balance between freedom and responsibility but in general you can’t have one without the other.

That's irrelevant. If you have Covid and I've been vaccinated, you are no threat to me.

I didn't say I oppose vaccines ... I said I don't believe in mandates. I'm smart enough to know to get my kids vaccinated against serious disease. But I don't have a right to MANDATE someone else do the same. And their unvaccinated kid is no threat to my vaccinated kid.

I really just can't wrap my brain around the ignorance of people who don't realize that a vaccine protects the vaccinated and has nothing to do with anyone else!!!! Your unvaccinated kid is no threat to my vaccinated kid. Your unvaccinated kid, however, is at risk. I can encourage you to get your kid vaccinated, but that's your business, not mine!!

Even though I have been vaccinated, I would still try to avoid contact with someone who has COVID.

I suppose all these breakthrough infections are just a hoax then.

Major problem is a half ass vaccine allowing lots of breakthrough cases of a lab engineered virus tweaked as a bio weapon = eventually super variants that Mother Nature wouldn’t dream of making. Modern society is toast.

One of the quotes from this study that I found interesting was this one:

"This means that whilst vaccination may reduce an individual’s overall risk of becoming infected, once they are infected there is limited difference in viral load (and Ct values) between those who are vaccinated and unvaccinated. Given they have similar Ct values, this suggests limited difference in infectiousness."

Isn't this the exact opposite of what a lot of people think? I hear the vaccinated (which I am not and never will be) talk of their belief that if they get Covid that it won't be as serious. This seems like empirical data that contradicts that belief. So the unvaccinated catch it more often but they tend not to die. And the vaccinated die from it more often. Everyone has had a cold few times in their lives, but not every year or even every other year, but they eventually get it. Probably going to be true with this one as well. I would rather have a better chance of surviving it. No poison death shot for me.
