So when I got the stick (Phizer), Ocshner told us it took two weeks after the second shot to reach full potency. Last week, the Saints announced that the Dome would be open to full capacity this year, but all fans would have to show either proof of vaccine or a negative test result. Today, they announced they would partner with Ocshner to vaccinate fans who choose this option as they enter the Dome on game day. So the same HCP that told me two weeks to be protected now says you're good the second the needle is out of the arm? What a crock.
sounds like the Saints / Ocsher are making compromises to jab people. Meanwhile, it became mandatory at my work to get the jab. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Same here. I'm a federal worker, but I haven't done it yet. We're supposed to fill out a survey and 'voluntarily' provide our vaxx status. Right now, you don't have to show proof of vax. Thinking about just saying that I am and if I have to show proof at a later time, saying I selected the wrong box.
We have to upload proof (scan of vax card) and swear that it is true and accurate. They are giving the unvaccinated until Oct 29 to be fully vaxxed. They are bringing in the shots so people can get the jab at work. If you don't get it, you won't have a job after Oct 29. People can apply for a waiver based on medical or religious reasons but that will be heavily scrutinized. I have been vaxxed so the process won't affect me but I think that this heavy handed mandate is total bullshit. The remaining unvaccinated are the hold outs of the hold outs. It is not going down very well with them.
