Yes, you piss out a lot of it. That's why I take mega doses of the important stuff like vitamin C. And supplements do work. A couple of years ago I was getting large places on my arms that looked like dark bruises. My skin was thin in those spots and I could brush up against something like a door and even though I felt no pain my arm would bleed in those spots. I was anemic. I started taking iron supplements as well as large doses of vitamin B12 and within a week the condition cleared up.

I have a BS in Microbiology, and a Ph. D in Pharmacology, and I can tell you, Vitamin D is the big dog with the immune system. That is one of the reasons that practically ALL of the nations at the equator or below are seeing very few cases of COVID19. The temp and humidity is also a factor, but they themselves promote more sunshine on the skin and more Vit D. As it is, an estimated 90% of Americans are Vitamin D deficient. Vit. C is mainly an antioxidant , though it is linked to interferon which is antiviral. And Bengal is correct, you really should take it twice a day, as it is not stored in the body like Vitamin D. Other vitamins and minerals good for immune are E, A, selenium, zinc, and B12. But none top Vitamin D.

I also work for “Big Pharma”, thus I have no reason to promote nutraceuticals, but, I would be skeptical of the nurse. There is no way Elderberry can cause the virus to be worse. It is mainly associated with treating Flu https://www.cleveland.com/news/2020...-supplements-to-ward-off-flu-coronavirus.html, which has already killed over 25,000 people in the US this year,s but there are no test to show it helps or hinders COVID19. Same for Oil of Oregano. Dr “Harvard” is telling everyone that it is a myth, but frankly, he has no evidence to support it is a myth. He would have been correct to state there is no evidence that Oregano Oil gel caps have an effect on COVID19, but, he opted to say it was a “myth”, as in folk lore. But O of O does have antiviral activity. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4135763/ . That said, I see the reason for his position, as you don’t want the stupid millennials thinking they can take elderberry or OofO and keep on partying away.

Just read the best solution to whipping the coronavirus yet.

    - buy a bag of weed. Smoke two dubes a day
    - you’ll get couch lock, ... so sit back and watch the tube and vegetate.
    - before you know it, two weeks of quarantine will have gone by and you’ll be free to live your life.

Just an observation regarding the US COVID19 map .......

    NY - blue state
    WA - blue state
    CA - blue state
    NJ - blue state
    MA - blue state.

The top 5 hot spots in the US are all blue states. 7 of the top 10 are blue states, with 2 solid red states (New Orleans driving LA cases, and solid blue Atlanta driving GA I do realize these are big cities), and 1 swing state (FL).

nope. i dont like to be stuck on a gay ass boat. i am not 80 years old. i like to actually go places and stay there more than an afternoon with thousands of other old people. i have been to many cities where the cruise people show up in the morning and leave in the mid afternoon. athens, st petersburg, montego bay. the cruise people are a terrible annoyance. turns the whole area they come to into a touristy shithole
