So I heard from a nurse friend of mine and my Uncle who is a doctor in West Jefferson, that you should not take steroids or ibuprofen. That the covid-19 virus does not like it, and actually makes things worse. Stick with Tylenol.

Also you are either a mild case, or an extremely severe case. There isn't really an in between. But most cases are of the mild variety.

And this is anecdotal, so listen to your doctors first.

Its hard to know how its going to work out when you do something that's never been done before. Its like they say in the military,"no plan ever survives contact with the enemy," meaning you can have a plan, but you don't really know what's going to happen until you actually do it.

FUBAR is what we usually get. I blame the current political environment on the poor response, congress and the media went full in on get Trump. The right went full in on this is another bit of fake news. And we all lose. Two realities has to end.

I will say this, and I have to work today so I am out after. You guys may wish me the worst at times for how I think, how I solve problems, for my politics and my PC bullshit. But in the end we both want the same thing, for everyone here in America to live a happy fruitful lives and to be free. We just think differently on how to get to that same goal.

I don't wish a single one of you, or your families any ill will. I hope we all make it through this crazy. Fuck the politics, stay safe.

And the one thing we all agree on, Geaux Tigers

If it makes you feel any better i distrust all news. Some more than others. 'Some' would be your article....

...What I’m fairly convinced is also behind that decision is the administration*’s disdain for international organizations, alliances of any kind, and foreigners in general. Couple that with the Republican Party’s similar xenophobic impulses and overall dislike of any science that can’t be replicated with baking soda and Fizzies....

Seriously? Aren't you just stirring the pot?
It seems the federal response has been good or okay. While at first i thought this was all hyped up, sensationalized overreaction i've come to realize the necessity to limit the spike. Especially in America, where we have LOTS of unhealthy younger people that will need advanced care.

WHO said there was never any talk of WHO sending testing kits to the United States.

Biden’s words leave out other important context and information.

The U.S. chose to use its own test, rather than the one circulated by WHO. Other nations, such as China, Japan and France, also developed their own tests. Multiple public health experts said that is not unusual.

Biden’s emphasis on WHO offering kits is simply wrong. We rate this claim Mostly False.

It doesn’t matter that Trump rejected the WHO test. That is all semantics emanating from a political perspective completely apart from the situation. As Willis notes in his analysis, the US appears to be tracking the curve of S Korea, and that is a good thing. We do not appear to be tracking the curve of Italy, again, a good thing. An Italian Journalist last night noted the reason Italy blew up was because they did not take social distancing serious until a week or so too late. The same is being seen in NYC, where a Democrat, DeBlasio, thumbed his nose at Trump and the suggestion until several days after everyone else took the Adminstrations advice seriously.

Trump has done a stellar job of working with State and Local Governments and supporting social distancing, and if the curve continues as is in the analysis, the US will go down as one of the success stories of this pandemic. But .... we can be assured .... that people like you will continue to give Trump grief, and nit pick his performance to death.

Right. No guarantee that anybody either D or R would initially make the perfect decisions in dealing with s situation for which there is no precedent nor experience.

I mentioned to a nurse the other day during a doctor visit that I was thinking about ordering some elderberry product. She said elderberry is not only not effective but could be harmful.
